Pam and Katie are truly outstanding stylists. They are friendly, patient, and really take the time to listen to what you want. Their attention to detail, skill, and passion for their work clearly show in the final results. I walked out feeling confident and extremely satisfied with my haircut. I absolutely love this hair salon. The moment I walked in, I could feel the atmosphere. it’s filled with love. You can tell immediately that it’s not toxic. It’s peaceful, welcoming, and professional. It’s very hard to find a salon that truly understands how to cut Black American hair. As a Black woman, you often feel like you have to over-explain your hair texture, your needs, your style. But not here. Ms. Sandy simply said, “Say no more, I got you.” And she did exactly that. She cut my hair beautifully, and I am in love with it. Her professionalism, her confidence, and her skill are unmatched. She made me feel seen and understood. Don’t even think twice, just come. Whether you’re Black, White, Asian, or anything in between, this Pro Style Salon is absolutely a great place to be. Highly recommend.

Pam, who was doing my hair at the time made me feel really comfortable and at home and we just you know didn’t just sit there and talk. How are you doing? How are you doing? I mean we sit there and talk like we knew each other and I’ll never go back to another place to have my haircut by anyone other than Pam or I can’t remember the lady who was on shift but I’m thinking Sandy but I don’t remember for sure. Also, she has had years experience with being a cosmetologist haircutter whatever they’re called lol cause I’ve never had such a great cut by anyone, but especially Pam was great all the way around she gave me the best dry cut that I could have ever asked for I didn’t think that was possible until she did it that day and even on the phone they were so wanting for me to come in and me to be a customer she said and you’re gonna love your hair and I did a lot. and it’s only been one other person that has ever done my eyebrows that I prefer not to say, and I wasn’t too thrilled with them they were skinnier than a solid line, but I bet it could be done right there. I just always said don’t tell me before you pull it because then I will squint lol
